This is an experimental speculative project on Chinese immigration, exploring how the history and memories of the past can be preserved and presented.
Three Chinese immigrants shared their true stories with me. These stories reflect not only the real life situation of most Chinese immigrants, but also the many difficulties faced by the Chinese community. I have tried to preserve these stories or historical memories of the past by designing modern recipes to make hybrid dim sum.
